All code that you create is yours! As part of the checkout process, you’ll see the standard services agreement which is a binding contract between the organizations. We don’t own anything you create, plain and simple!

We don’t need access to your source code at all! These engagements are meant to help developers quickly get over a hurdle by providing pair programming and pair debugging.

The best way to engage is to either:

a) Share your screen and walk us through the code you’d like help debugging.
b) Create a simple example (such as stackblitz) and then share the link.

This way, all the code stays on your device and your system and our team never has access to more than you want to show us!

Absolutely not, that’s crazy! Sometimes we can easily point to the issue and help you fix it within an hour; but sometimes the solution may be larger. No matter what, we’ll help to point you in the right direction and provide strategies for resolution so that you can get unstuck and continue on the features that matter most.

We know that not everything can be fixed in an hour. For bigger problems, our team would be happy to recommend an a-la-carte solution that works within your budget and timeframe, so you won’t pay for anything you don’t need.
